Returns Policy

We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase, if however you wish to return the product(s) for any reason, please do so within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item to us please email us at sales@gearfest.co.uk quoting your order number and advising your reason for return and whether your require a refund or replacement.

We advise that you use a delivery method where a signature is required upon receipt.

If a refund is required, unfortunately we cannot reimburse return postage costs (unless goods are faulty) but will fully refund original product and postage costs.
